JH-1100 Two-Component Chemical Resistant Paint

 

Loose particles and paint residues on the surface must be completely cleaned, breaks and cracks must be repaired, the surfaces must be roughened mechanically (blastrak or milling machine) and dust must be removed with a vacuum cleaner.

Mix components A and B using a low-speed mixer for at least 3-4 minutes, paying attention to the mixing ratios, until a homogeneous mixture is achieved. Once mixed, the product is ready for application. For a homogeneous mixture, the product temperature should not exceed +15°C.

Surfaces must have sufficient strength. The concrete must have a compressive strength of at least 25 N/mm² and a tensile strength of at least 1.5 N/mm². The surface must be clean, smooth, and dry, and its humidity must not exceed 5%. The relative humidity must be at most 90%, and the air and surface temperatures must be between +5°C and +35°C during application. The product must be fully cured before applying the top coat. Mixing ratios must be considered. JH-209 epoxy primer should be preferred for surfaces with moisture exceeding 4%. The product is for professional use. Before use, pay attention to the safety warnings on the packaging and, if necessary, refer to the product's Material Safety Data Sheet. Do not inhale, avoid contact with skin and eyes, do not swallow, and use appropriate work safety equipment. Take necessary precautions to avoid fire and explosion hazards and environmental contamination. Apply in well-ventilated areas.

The product should be stored between +5ºC and +35ºC. The product should not be exposed to direct sunlight. Opened products should be kept in their original packaging with the lid tightly closed.
