JH-2112 Binder
JH-2112 Binder is a low-viscosity, solvent-free binder that cures with atmospheric moisture. It binds and binds particles such as rubber granules, RIM polyurethane particles, and sponge chips. It can also be used as an adhesive and insulating primer.
In molded production, rubber granules and binder are mixed, placed in molds, and then pressed. These molded pieces, shaped like keystones, are then assembled and coated in the desired area.
Good results are achieved in 12-15 minutes at 160 bar pressure and a mold temperature of 130° C. The binder ratio used in mold applications should not fall below 5%.
