Kalıplı üretimlerde, kauçuk granülleri ile bağlayıcı karıştırılarak kalıplara alınır ve basınç işlemi uygulanır. Kilit taşlar şeklinde kalıplanmış parçalar elde edilir. Daha sonra bunlar uygulama yapılacak alanda birbirine eklenerek zemin kaplanır. 160 bar basınç, 130o C de kalıp sıcaklığında 12 – 15 dakika da iyi sonuç vermektedir. Kalıp uygulamalarında kullanılacak Binder oranında % 5 ‘in altına düşülmemelidir.

For on-site applications, rubber granules are mixed with binder and applied to the surface. The surface is leveled with a finisher and allowed to cure. For this application, the surface must be leveled and free of oil, dirt, dust, and chemicals. The binder ratio should be at least 18% for SBR or 20% of the kg of EPDM granules used in the application. (For a 1 mm thickness, use 0.8 kg EPDM and 1 kg SBR.) This method of production is suitable for rubber granules with a diameter of 3-4 mm. As the size of the rubber granules decreases, the amount of binder required will increase.

Avoid skin contact with the product. If swallowed, consult a physician who can determine whether gastric lavage is necessary. Wearing protective eyewear and gloves is recommended.
