It is used as a paint and coating material for floors and walls on concrete and cement-based mineral surfaces, in industrial areas exposed to normal and moderately heavy loads such as factories, warehouses, loading and unloading areas, in walkways, car parks and power plants, and in hygienic areas such as hospitals, laboratories, operating rooms, laundries and food facilities.
Surfaces must have sufficient strength. Concrete must be resistant to a minimum of 25 N/mm² of pressure and have a tensile strength of at least 1.5-2 N/mm². The surface must be clean, smooth, and dry, and its moisture content must not exceed 5%. If the moisture content exceeds this, S 120 Epoxy Primer for 100% Moisture Surfaces, which is used on damp surfaces, should be used. The primer must be fully cured before applying the top coat. Avoid application below 10°C and in very humid environments. Mixing ratios must be considered.
The product is for professional use. Before use, pay attention to the safety warnings on the packaging and, if necessary, refer to the product's Material Safety Data Sheet. Do not inhale, avoid contact with skin and eyes, do not swallow, and use appropriate work safety equipment. Take the necessary precautions to prevent fire and explosion hazards and environmental contamination. Apply in well-ventilated areas.
The product should be stored between +5ºC and +35ºC. The product should not be exposed to direct sunlight. Once opened, store the product in its original packaging with the lid tightly closed.
