JH-425 Carbon Fiber Adhesive
It is a solvent-free epoxy resin based 2K epoxy carbon fiber adhesive.
It is used in concrete and base walls, in the assembly and bonding of all kinds of metal and steel parts to concrete and steel structural elements, in column reinforcement, in sealing surfaces in crack injection and in fixing injection packers, and in fixing railings and earthquake dampers on bridges and viaducts.
Advantages
- It does not sag during application.
- Provides excellent adhesion to concrete and steel.
- It quickly gains mechanical strength.
- It is resistant to chemicals.
- Filling removal capacity is high.
- Provides adherence to moist surfaces.
- It is solvent-free.
Surfaces must have sufficient strength. Concrete must be resistant to a minimum of 25 N/mm² of pressure and have a tensile strength of at least 1.5-2 N/mm². The surface must be clean, smooth, and dry, and its moisture content must not exceed 5%. If the moisture content exceeds this, JH-209 Epoxy Primer for 100% Moisture Surfaces, which is used on damp surfaces, should be used. The primer must be fully cured before applying the top coat. Avoid application in environments below 10°C and in very humid environments. Mixing ratios must be considered.
The product is for professional use. Before use, pay attention to the safety warnings on the packaging and, if necessary, refer to the product's Material Safety Data Sheet.
