JH-507 Ballistic Polyurea
JH-507 is a coating technology used in the defense industry, with a variety of polyurea and polyurethane products used to create ballistic and armored protection. Its two-component formula offers significantly greater strength and elongation than standard polyurethane coating systems.
It's a highly elastic, rigid ballistic product made from aliphatic-based prepolymer and polyol amine components. Its excellent elongation properties and very high tensile strength allow the material to "stretch" and absorb shock waves while resisting fracture.
