
JH-508 Polyurethane Foam
JH-508 Spray polyurethane foam is made on-site and consists of two liquid chemical components, called components A and B. The rapid mixing of the two components results in a polyurethane foam product.

When applying spray polyurethane thermal insulation, the condition of the treated surface is not critical. Regardless of the surface condition, polyurethane foam does not require any adhesives or mechanical fastening. Polyurethane foam offers seamless coverage and adheres to the surface, eliminating all thermal bridges. The application is carried out using high-pressure, two-component sprayers. The two components mix and react at the spray nozzle outlet, causing the surface to swell. This achieves the desired thermal insulation.
The product is for professional use. Before use, pay attention to the safety warnings on the packaging and, if necessary, refer to the product's Material Safety Data Sheet. Do not inhale, avoid contact with skin and eyes, do not swallow, and use appropriate work safety equipment. Take the necessary precautions to prevent fire and explosion hazards and environmental contamination. Apply in well-ventilated areas.
The product should be stored between +5ºC and +35ºC. The product should not be exposed to direct sunlight. Once opened, store the product in its original packaging with the lid tightly closed.
