JH-716 Cold Polyurea
JH-716 Cold Polyurea is a two-component, fast-curing, cold-applied, spreadable, pure polyurea waterproofing material. It forms an elastic and durable film on applied surfaces.

- It does not require expensive application equipment or machinery. Once applied, it forms a single, seamless film that prevents joints or leaks.
- It provides an elastomeric and hydrophobic layer.
- It is effectively permeable to water vapor. Its breathable structure prevents moisture accumulation beneath the layer.
- Even if damaged, the damaged area can be repaired quickly and easily.
- It provides effective resistance to chemicals.
- It cures quickly in all weather conditions.
- It has heat resistance performance between -40°C and +90°C.
Components A and B should first be mixed in their respective containers in a low-speed mixer for 2-3 minutes. The components are then combined and mixed in a low-speed mixer for 3 to 4 minutes until ready for use. The product should be applied to the previously primed surface using a roller or brush, in a minimum of one or two coats, until the entire surface is covered. If necessary, a second coat can be applied up to three hours after the first coat.
The product is for professional use. Before use, pay attention to the safety warnings on the packaging and, if necessary, refer to the product's Material Safety Data Sheet. Do not inhale, avoid contact with skin and eyes, do not swallow, and use appropriate work safety equipment. Take the necessary precautions to prevent fire and explosion hazards and environmental contamination. Apply in well-ventilated areas.
The product should be stored between +5ºC and +35ºC. The product should not be exposed to direct sunlight. Once opened, store the product in its original packaging with the lid tightly closed.
