JH-718 Plastisol PVC
Plastisol is a polymer solution that can be poured while liquid and then solidifies when heated.
Flat surface plastisol is a metal coating chemical produced by dip coating, dip molding, and spraying. It is a liquid plastic paint with a specific viscosity.
Plastisol coating is the process of coating metal parts, either partially or entirely, with liquid emulsion PVC. Plastisol coating of any metal goes through three stages: preheating, dipping in plastisol, and curing. During these processes, the metal parts are exposed to high temperatures twice, and if any coating or paint is present, these coatings must be resistant to temperatures of 170-180°C.
We use plastisol coatings to coat metals for protection against corrosion, abrasion, sharp edges, insulation against electricity and heat, vibration and friction, as well as to obtain decorative and flexible surfaces.
Plastisol coatings are used extensively in automotive spare parts, defense industry metal parts, children's playground and park sector, hardware products (hand tools, garden-vineyard shears), machine parts, construction industry metal parts, and products used in the medical industry.
